Core power components
This is the core assembly that provides power for the motorcycle, determining the vehicle’s power performance and operational stability. It primarily includes internal engine components such as the cylinder, piston, piston rings, crankshaft, and camshaft, which are responsible for converting fuel or electrical energy into mechanical energy. Additionally, it comprises ignition-related components like spark plugs and ignition coils, as well as fuel-supply components such as carburetors (for some older models) and electronic fuel injection systems. Other components include intake and exhaust parts like air filters and exhaust pipes, and cooling components such as the radiator and cooling fins—all of which work together to ensure the engine operates efficiently and reliably.
Driving and Suspension Components
These components support the vehicle’s body weight, cushion road bumps, and at the same time determine the vehicle’s driving stability and off-road capability. For example, the frame serves as the overall skeletal structure of the vehicle, supporting all components such as the engine and seats.
